DELIVERY CHARGES

 • MALAYSIA - Delivery charges depends on the item weight and size.

The estimated delivery period is within 3 to 5 working days. Personalized items will require 5 working days for processing before it can be shipped out.

The delivery period above applies to ready-stock items only. Pre-order items will be advised accordingly.

Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company or customs.

Customs and import duties may apply for delivery to Brunei, and shall be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may contact your local customs office for current charges so that you are aware of the charges to expect. 

ORDERS CUT-OFF TIME AND WHEN DO WE DELIVER? 

The daily delivery order cut-off time is 5pm (GMT+8), Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). This does not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorization.

Overall, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) with the exception of sale period where this may take up to 72 hours.

 
DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We require a signature upon delivery of any of our products. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself to receive the product (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us. Please call

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment on our website via iPay88 - we accept Online Banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks etc and Visa or MasterCard issued by most major banks.

You may also opt to make manual payment via online transfer or offline Cash Deposit to our banking account. For manual payment, you will be required to email fax@torinotse.com for instruction to purchase and complete your payment. Kindly take note that manual payment is not allowed for product(s) on its first day of launch at www.torinotse.com
